Located in Somerville, MA behind the Twin City Plaza, Gifted Creations is in the business of helping individuals, businesses and institutions make wise decisions in regards to purchasing gift items within their gift-giving budgets. At Gifted Creations, we custom design every gift basket, novelty item, party favor and floral arrangement (fresh or silk) so that our gifts will impress and delight your family, friends, employees and clients for years to come.
Ordering Process and Company Policy
For your easy shopping convenience, Gifted Creations has provided Paypal as a secure and safe way to make credit card purchases through our website. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for product delivery. We also ship gift items (with the exception of perishable items during warm weather months) by UPS. Upon notification from Paypal that your transaction has been processed, an e-mail message will be forwarded to your attention. Fresh floral items are for local delivery only. During warm weather months (late May through mid-September) chocolates and other perishable foods will not be available in our gift baskets. Gifted Creations reserves the right to replace any item(s) requested with any item(s) of equal or greater value if requested item(s) is out-of-stock, unavailable or discontinued at time of purchase.
